Evler ve Arabalar Neden Bu Kadar Pahalı ?

Türkiye'de evler ve arabalar neden bu kadar pahalı?

Bu temel ihtiyaç malzemeleri herkesin hakkı değil mi?
Türkiye'deki en zengin %20 ile en fukara %20 arasındaki fark 8 kat civarında dolaşıyor. %10'lar için baktığınızda durum iyice vahim. Böyle bir gelir adaletsizliği var ortada.

Ben sadece "ortada adaletsizlik var" deyip geçmek istemiyorum. Neden bu adaletsizlik? Ev ve araba gibi temel yaşam gerekliliklerinin bu konu ile yakından ilgili olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Bazı vatandaşlar bir ev sahibi olmak için ömür boyu çalışırken bazı insanların aylık 150.000 TL kira geliri olduğunu biliyorum. Bazılarının daha da fazla olabilir. Nerede sosyal devlet?

Aynı şey arabalar ve bunlara uygulanan vergiler için de geçerli. Devlet yönetiminin kolayına geliyor arabalardan vergi almak. Nasıl olsa büyük kalem. Sonuç olarak fiyatlar çok artıyor. Çok af edersiniz ama sayın yöneticiler, bu iş biraz kolaya kaçmak olmuyor mu?

Avrupa'da ve Amerika'da yöneticiler arabalara çok yüksek vergiler uygulamadan bir denge kurabiliyorlarsa benim ülkemin yönetimi neden işin kolayını seçiyor?

Vergilendirilebilecek bir çok yer varken, ekonominin kayıt altına alınabilecek birçok yeri varken onlarla uğraşmak yerine neden kolayına kaçıyorsunuz?

Çözüm çok kolay sayın yöneticiler. Para harcanan her yeri kayıt altına alacaksınız. Kazanılan her parayı kayıt altına alacaksınız.

Eskiden TV'lerde vatandaşı alışveriş fişi almaya teşvik eden eğitici programlar olurdu. Artık onlar yok.

Nasıl kayıt altına alacaksınız bu ekonomiyi? Çalışanların maaşından vergi kesmek kolay geliyor. Kayıt dışı çalıştırmaya teşvik etmiş olmuyor musunuz?

Bir konuyu daha merak ediyorum.
Mecliste kaç tane makam arabası var?
Bunların hazineye her ay masrafı ne kadar?
Bürokratlar arabalarla ilgili bu kadar konfor yaşayabiliyorken bu ülkenin insanlarının araba edinmesi neden bu kadar zor?

Yönetimle, yasalarla ilgili bir durum değil midir bu? Bunları düzeltecek olan yine bu ülkenin insanı değilse kimdir?
